Midnight Robbers Apprehended.It was bnt a few lionrs after the robbery of tdte King Weaver hardware store Jaet week until the offloers were on track of the thieves. They tracked them to their roosting place in a Bhanty on the Braden farm, about o mile west of town and secured evidence which led to the arrest of Sam Clawson Wednesday evening. He admitted tho theft and also implicated his accomplice, Delt Smith, who got wind of Clawson’s confession and made himself scarce by leaving the city while the I officers were searching for him. Frank Hadley was also arrested bpt he proved an altbl and was released, Clawson had a hearing before Justice Hays, Thursday morning and was bound over to the Noble circuit court. He will get a term in the Michigan City ^prison beyond a doubt.
