FirearmSeth Jameson Frazier, 27, of Fulchers Landing Road in Sneads Ferry, was charged Friday by the Onslow County Sheriff's Office with possession of firearms by felon and possession of drugparaphernalia.Frazier is accused of possessing an SKS 7.62 black rifle, having been previously convicted of indecent liberties with a child on Oct. 10, 2008 and sentenced to 12-33 months in the NC Department of Correction, and of possessing one white bong and one multi-colored bong,
