3 Boys HeldFor TheftAs a result of an investigation of a Tuesday night theft, three Manitowoc boys, two age 14 and one 15, were taken into custody at Manitowoc Wednesday, according to Captain of Detectives Robert Schmidt.A Green Bay man. Steven Zarharek. who was in town to buy fish spawn, reported to police at 10 o'clock Tuesday that a moneybag containing approximately $200 was stolen from his unlocked car parked in the area ot North .Seventh Street and Cleveland Avenue.At 9 p.m. Wednesday the three boys were taken into custody and a major part of the money was recovered. Schmidt said.The case has been referred to the district attorney.
