VERNON, 111., Oct. 23—The jmurder trial of Herman Braddoek.young Wayne county farmer, was j expected to go to the jury by late today. Braddoek is alleged to have plotted the attempted holdup which resulted ’ in the slaying of Rosier Green, Bluford farmer. S. Payne and Herman Rich, two of five men now serving prison terms for the slaying, testified for the state yesterday. Payne named Braddoek as the man who first suggested the plot for the attempted robbery which resulted in Green’s death.fiWEATHERFair tonight and Thursday. Cooler in southern portion tonight.
