Mud day and twelve other officials of the LaSalle Street Bank and allied institutions against whom indict-meets were returned -yesterday charging them .with, looting the bank.The aggregate of the bonds j3e-ma-nded of the defendants is $275t-‘000. The first of tlie indicted men to surrender was John B. Dcvoney, former president of the International Trust and Savings Bank. •Lorimer’s attorney telephoned the chief bailiff to hold up the capias for . his client as the latter would appear In court this afternoon, but the bailiff said that-the ordinary routine of service would -be followed. •The former senator beat the process server into court and provided bonds of $30,000. His son William and several other defendants also were in court with their bondsmen.
