Davey, who were indicted at a previous term for theft of a rifle. Also scheduled for trial that day are Ernest Frederick Corbin, Arnold Eugene Courtney, William M, Crawford and Charles Owen Sperling, who were indicted at a previous term for series of thefts in the Keyser area.Charles Anthony Smith, who was indicted at 'the last term for the theft of a power' saw, will be tried on Friday, November 7,David Clauze, who was indicted yesterdky for the forgery of five checks amounting to $225, pleaded not guilty to the charge and trial date was set for Monday, November 10. Also to be tried that day are Louis James Hirer and Douglas White, alias Douglas Jones, both of Baltimore, both of whom were charged yesterday with the robbery of $717 from the Ridgcley State Liquor Store. White is currently being held by Allegany County authorities,Michael V. Brannon will also be tried November 10 on a misdemeanor charge of having unsanitary conditions at his Stony Run home.The trial of Mrs. Alyce Pulliam Perry, who was indicted at a previous term for failing to turn in consumer sales tax realized from a business which she formerly operated, was continued, as was the case against Francis Hamilton, Cumberland, who has been charged with soliciting business for a Philadelphia firm of lawyers.allowed to circulate in our community,”Every loving, mother and father ; is entitled to some security, entitled to feel children can be allowed in the streets and not be molested by fiendish people, the jurist stated. Wilson Jr., Broadwater’s court-appointed lawyer, called the defendant to the stand, Broadwater related that on the afternoon of July 13 he agreed to drive the two children in hfs pickup truck to their home in Lonaconing from Shaw’s service station at Moscow after the proprietor told him that the girls had missed their bus. They had been Swimming at Piedmont.Admits LibertiesThe defendant acknowledged that instead of taking them home he drove some five-and-one-half miles beyond Lonaconing to a point on Pompey Road where he stopped his truck for about five minutes. He admitted taking liberties with the older girl while sitting in the truck but denied that he raped her. He said he did kiss the nine-year-old girl and put his arm around the younger child.In presenting the state’s case, Paul M.
