VI tAigCompulsory Attendance LawEnforcedSaturday October 17, Fred Branham, Denton, Ky., was brought before Jusltce of the Peace G. J.Burton at Grayson for violation ofthe compulsory attendance laws. Mr, Branham was charged -with keeping his three children of school age out of school for a period of 6 weeks. Mr. Branham was fined $5.00 and co:t and given until Thursday, October 22 to get his children in school.Owen Gollihue of Hitchlns, Ky., jvas tried before County Judge E. K. Ramey on the same date for the ame charge and was given the same sentence.
