Butler of the car which killed policeman John .1. Earle of the l.agrange-st Station Friday.Earle was crushed between cars on Washington st, near Boylston, yesterday afternoon, when Butler’s car missed the switch and smashed into another car. Several witnesses said the accident seemed unavoidable.
