From the moment of his arrival in the county jail, his peculiar actions have attracted theattention of the jail authorities and considerable doubt is expressed as to his sanity. *For hours at a time he sits in his cell gazing abstractly into space, while on other .occasions performs acts which might, be credited to a ten year old child.Yesterday for the first time he consulted legal counsel the attorney being Lawyr Clancy.
