Harville, 37, of Rt. 2, Rockholds has 6eento commit muraer in the shooting death of Hill.Warrants were obtained Monday by Kentucky State Police detective ColanHarrell from Whitley County District Court Judge C.B. Upton and servedCommissionMonday afternoon, following a three month investigation by the KSP andSIoy IWhitley County Sheriff Hf.D. Moses.Bray was apprehended in Newport and brought to the Whitley County Jau around 9 p.m. Jackson was arrested in the parking lot of the Jackson Mall in Williamsburg around 5 p.m. Harville was arrested at his residence on Meadow Creek.Jackson is the son of mall owner Howard Jackson and has operated a business in the mall. Harville operated a store on KY 92E, about nine miles east of Williamsburg.Hill’s body was discovered July 8 approximately two-tenths of a mile from his residence in the Mulberry community of southern Whitley County. The body wasfound by a trailbike rider about l5o feet along an abandoned strip mine road passing near the Mulberry Cemetery, 14 miles east of Williamsburg.Hill had been shot once in the head. His auto was found parked on the Mulberry Road near the cemetery. It had been observed parked along the road at least 24 hours before the body was found.A .38 caliber revolver was found at thescene early Wednesday morning followingthe discovery of theAccording to Whitley County Sheriff H.D. Moses a phone calf tipped officers to the presence of the gun, found within three teet of the site where the body wasdiscovered. No gun had been observed at the site on Tuesday. Officers had spent several hours at the scene taking plaster casts of tire tracks and footprints found near the body.Detective Harrell said the pistol has been traced to an owner, however Harrell would not comment on his identity.Hill was known to have carried a pistol and a sheath knife. Neither was found with the body.Dr. John C. Hunsaker, a pathologist withadditional arrests may be expected in the investigation.Officers participating in the arrests Monday included KSP detectives Harrell, Larry Lewis, troopers James Hodge, Regal Bruner, Alan Lewis, Sgt. Chuck Bowman, Whitley County Sheriff H.D.
