Hebei.Guerrero had been indicated on a rape charge, alleged on Aug 19 on Sylvan Island. To that charge he had pleaded not guiltyYesterday the rape charge was nolle prossed by the state’s attor^ ney’s office and in its stead, the assault was filed against Guer-rero.
