Herb Lien has returned to his homestead on the banks of the Peace after harvesting in the valley. Another daughter.We regret to record the continued serious illness of Wm. Slater, of Eureka River.William Moorehead of Clear Pi airie, was welcomed by his many friends as he passed through last week after a visit to his old home in Piinee Edward Island. He reports that, though depression is felt in the little province, it is not nearlv to the extent to be found in the west.Mr. Adams and his two sisters from Stony Plain, were the guestsof Mr. and Mrs. T. Walker last week. Mr. Adams is looking overihe country with a view to locating. and is naturally delighted with Eureka River surroundings.Jack O’Shea of Fairview was a business visitor here last week, Despite the depression Jack has a happy and contented smile thesedavs.
