She said she then heard a shot and when she looked up English was lying on the floor,RCMP officers testified at the trial that under questioning David admitted that after his wife was knocked down, he went into his bedroom, picked up his rifle and told Omar to get out of here or I’ll shoot you.”English then said to David, you better mean what you say because this lime I’m going to kill you.Dr. A. R. Bainborough of Lethbridge performed an autopsy on the body and said death was caused by loss of blood caused by a projectile passing through the chest area of the body.English was pronounced dead by Dr. Thomas J.
