Met oxen, 51, route 2, West De Pere; William Gordon, 49, route 1, Waupaca; and Charles Farry, Jr., 43, of 221 Cedar street, Oshkosh.(pick up last seven graphs from 1st ed only story—beginning. . .Gordon was fined $10) Gordon was fined $100 when he pleaded guilty before Jus-' tice George Whalen at Waupaca.Gordon was arrested by Waupaca police about 2 a.m. Sunday when they noted his weaving driving on W. Fulton street. He did not take a breatholizer or blood test.He was unable to pay the fine and was committed to the Waupaca county jail for 45 days.Metoxen was fined $75 when he pleaded guilty at Seymour before Justice Lee Sasman.Metoxen was arrested Oct. 14 by Seymour Police Chief Bernard Plumb, who noticed his erratic driving. Metoxen tested .26 on the drunkometer.Farry pleaded guilty before Judge S. J. Luehsinger at Oshkosh municipal court this morning and was fined $100 and costs.Farry was arrested by Winnebago county police at 8:05 p.m. Monday on Highway 45 in the town of Oshkosh after they noticed him driving erratically. He tested .169 on the breatholizer.
