John Smith Mortally Wounded by an Official at Lucedale, Mitt.Mobile. Ala., Oct. 18 —John Mullock,the town marshal at Lucedale, Miss., hat shot and mortally wounded John Smith at that place. Smith was resisting: arrest for disorderly conduct.Smith hails from Limestone, Fla., and was employed by the Kansas City Lumber company. Smith U in a critical condition at a hospital In Mobile.
