His right Jaw i3 fractured and several of his teoth are out. Yesterday afternoon Dr. Larkins gave Marley an order for sz- ladmisison to St. Anthony’s Hospital and the patrol wagon was called to the Last End to take the man down. Marley refused to ride in the patrol wagon and was told that there was no better conveyance at his disposal unless he wished to put up the price for a carriage or hack. The wagon returned without him. Bud McCoy claims the * of having done all the bruising that Marley received. Marley says a tig negro in Bud s employ for the occasion struck him in tho jaw with a stone and th^ Jaw would seem to support Marley’s version of the matter. It is barely possible that the case will turn out In such a manner that neither the negro nor the saloon man will be anxious to assume responsibility for Marley’s condition.?enforrt-ldsofastHeraisinHe,aatdieni-,as
