Hearing for Conwayr * •And Cates ContinuedDue to the absence of a defense| lawyer, the preliminary hearings for Henry Conway and Joe Catescharged with arson scheduled for this afternoon '■ Before County JudgeGeorge Murphy, were reset for Frida yt October 27, at 9 o’clock. The charges against Conway and Cates are an outgrowth of the alleged incendiary burning of a Boy Scout ! camp north of Biloxi in July of last'rear. Three others, Bill Cruthirds,* lt;Calvin Nelson and Mrs. Iatba Nelson, are charged jointly with Catesand Conway* but i/ was understood that the charges against them would probably be dismissed and they would appear as **itnesses in the case.
