Horse stolen and recovered.—-TheMontgomery Standard states that on the sixthfiinst., a horse and wagon belonging to Hamilton Morrison, of that town, was stolen inthe village of Montgomery, being taken at about 10 o'clock. Mr. M.’s son William■came upon the thief, with the property, atMichigan, near Scotch town. The thief ran,and young M. pursued and with the aid of another caught and brought him to Montgomery. When the facts of the case became investigated he was committed and the case referred to the Court of Sessions. The cul*prit gave his name as George Everett, hailing from Canada.
