At Her Old Tricks Again.I A very pathetic story comes up from Lafayette, having to do with one Lyda Whiteside, a former barnacle on Lo-gansport's hulk, and Aaron Constant, an old man from Dublin, who spent an evening in her company recently.See ms Lyda was showing Aaron the town, and when he changed a $10 bill to pay for two drinks of ;wash, she became very affectionate and permitted the old kyeeser to hold her in his lap. When he took an inventory of his personal effects a few minutes later he was shy $S and a gingbam parasol, and when he accused Lyda of takiog them she grew indignant^and shook Aaron. He squealed to thepolice and by 11 o'clock the peelers had Lyda In jail, after having taken 61 cents off her. Lyda has changed her name to Campbell, perhaps in an effort to for-I get and disown her former liege lord ‘ Albert Whiteside of this city. *
