Mr.Ile» Stottlemyer said: “If you get Mr.Green to sign it I will let you sign it for me, but don’t tell my wife.” He then re, saw Mr. Green and Mr. Green told to his wife to sign it for him, in- which she told the witness to do for her and he did so, and when by Mr. Cramer sued him for the money id- he went to Mr. Stottlemyer and he told his him it was all right to sign it for himind Mrs. Green also told him to sign it. j her husband’s name. He then had the *1126 note drawn and Mr. Biser would not accept this note. Witness said hevj never told Mr. Stottlemyer that he wa-not on any other paper for him.
