Noble County Court Sends Knepper Up for Nine Years on Charge of Manslaughter.At Albion,yesterday, William Knepper of Wawaka, eight miles from here was sentenced to nine years in the penitentiary for man slaughter. Last Jnne Knepper and John Monkbeame involved in a drunken fight and Monk received injuries from which he died a few weeks afterwards.
