The perpetrator is a white male, age 30 35. 510' and 160 lbs, with dark brown hair and brown eyes. At the time of the alleged crime, he was wearing a navy blue hooded sweatshirt, light blue short sleeve shirt, blue jeans, and white leathershoes with red shoe laces.In July of this year, the perpetrator displayed a knife to a woman in the parking lot of Tippecanoe Mall in Lafayette, and ordered the woman into his vehiclje. He then transported the victim out to county location where she was raped. Victim was also strangled by suspect, causing unconsciousness.It is not known whether the victim was taken to a location in Tippecanoe, Carroll, or Clinton County to be raped.
