Thursday “for the past five years Napanoch has been a haven for these troublemakers, but last year we reached the apex, the situation got completely out-of-hand. The supervisor indicated police surveillance would be increased in other parts of town also.Sahler claimed Napanoch had become a target of vandals in recent years “because it is in an outlying area and police supervision was apparently minimal. '
