Murder ChargeGREENSBURG, Pa. (UPI — | State police have charged a 41-j year-old Pleasant Unity man with murder in the death of Mrs, j Marjorie Sieving from a bullet wound inflicted during an argument.Lester ^Lee Whitaker was taken into custody on a charge of assault with intent to kill Saturday night after Mrs. Steving suffered a bullet wound of the temple.Mrs. Steving, 39, was taken toLairobe Hospital and then transferred to St. Francis General Hospital for brain surgery. She died Monday morning. State police then changed the charge against Whitaker, who was lodged in Westmoreland County jail.Police said the couple had argued outside Mrs. Steving*s home after she had returned to her home in Lairobe RD 1 fromta rcs^_ tauranl where she worked as a cook. ,Whitaker knocked on the door and asked Mrs. Steving to drive him home, police said. She was shot as she stepped from the house, according to the police report.
