ALLEMS INDICTED.The special grand jury empaneled for Ihe purpose this week returned felony indictments against Ohley S- Allen (2 cases), his wife. Lockonia Allen and Ken McMillion, all of near Neponsetl. Summers county, for being accomplices and instigators of the murder of A. Salome. a Syrian, by Alfred Dunna-gan, in July of this year. Bitter feeling had been engendered between Ihe Allens, their nephew, Dunnagan. and brother-in-law. Ken McMillan and A. Salome, a neighbor. over a law suit between Allen and Salome. The Slate alleges that a conspiracy had been formed to do away with Salome and that Dunnagan had been incited lo commit Ihe murder.
