Joe Goldberg offered to go on his bond, but Kazas refused the offer. He said he would sooner go to Jail than satisfy the prosecutor by giving a bond. Kazas will remain In Jail until his case is disposed of.Andrew Torok was indicted by the grand Jury for forging a check for several hundred dollars on George Oroszy’a bank la Lorain. Nick Dobo went on Torok’s bond for $500. To-rok skipped out and the sheriff has been trying to locate him for several days. He received word this morning that he had been arrested at Homestead, Pa. The sheriff telegraphed to the authorities at Homestead, instructing them to hold Torok and he would send an officer after him.The sheriff said today ho would not have all the arrests made that be intends to make before Saturday. He will have all the men he wants gathered In by that time.i
