Peterson was fined $150 and sentenced to 10 days injail.He has not practiced medicinein Idaho since his arrest July IG, and cannot renew his naturo. pathic practice since he is not licensed in this state.Arrest was under direction of the State Board of Pharmacy, and was made by Bert Wilson, investigator for the State Bureau of Drug Control working with Det. Capt. Larry Hiitiz of the Blackfoot police.
