HEARING SOUGHTALBUQUERQUE (AP)—Da* vid Jose Tapia, 28, arraigned Wednesday in the shooting death Friday of an Albuquerque bartender, has asked for a preliminary hearing. Tapia, held without bond, was charged in the shooting of Tony Chapa, 24, at a bar where Chapa worked.
