Atkinson Changed His Mind.George Atkinson, who is charged with stealing over $100 from Pat Trant, waived a preliminary examination Friday, and Squire Fargo placed him under $500 bond for his appearance in court* Saturday Atkinson changed his mind and demanded a preliminary examination. SquireFargo decided that Atkinson had departed from his jurisdiction when he gave bond to appear in court and he refused to hold a preliminary.
