Atkinson Changed Ills Mind.George Atkinson, who is charged with stealing over $100 from Pat Trant, waived a preliminary examination Friday, and Squire Fargo placed him under $500 bond for his appearance in court* Saturday Atkinson changed his mind and demanded a preliminary examination. Squire Fargo decided that Atkinson had departed from his jurisdiction when hegave bond to appear in court and he refused to hold a preliminary.
