Judge O'Donnell I'mmscm Judgment I’jhiuMight Men.Court met this morning at nineo'clock. Motions for arrest of judgment in the Millioiland case was heard, and overruled. The court then passed the following eeniances:George Milhoilaud, manslaughter, four years in reform school.Pierce Murphy, larceny, iifteen months In penitentiary.Georgo A. harry, larceny, twomonths in peniteutiary.Harry McClure, swindling, thirty days in jail and lined f 100,George House, larceny, sixty days in jail.Wm. Shoup, larceny, six months inpenitentiary.James Kedmond, assault with intent to commit rape, live years in penitent-iary.Louis Chris^pher, larceny, thirtydays in jail.Sentence has been continued in the cases of Carelton, forgery, and Klein, assault, till October 26th. Court adjourned till Octaber 26th.Sheriff Phillips will take the prisonersto Anamosa Tuesday,
