A car driven by Janet M. Sandy, 26, of 1016 Warren Ave, went out of control and struck a parked car owned by Loren K. Stull, 58, of 1000 Warren Ave., at 3:30 p.m. Monday, on Warren Avenue a half mile east of Route 37.Janet Sandy was charged with failure to surrender registration. Both vehicles received major damage.
