Fraud, 'Pot' Cost $200BROCTON-A 28-year*o!d Hoi-lywood, Calif., man pleaded guilty to charges of theft of services and criminal possession of marijuana, was fined $100 on each charge, and ordered to make $31.27 restitutions by Justice Anthony CamppelU-no Tuesday night.Gene E. Rhodes was arrested Monday night by the Brocton police department after a complaint was received from the Chautauqua and Erie Telephone corporation of Westfield.The telephone company alleged that Rhodes was making long-distance telephone calls and charging them to a fraudulent credit card number.When he was arrested, Police Chief John Rowe found a quantity of marijuana on his person.Rhodes paid the $200 fines and made restitutions.
