Jury ReturnsNo Verdict inMaxwell Case ?NEVADA—A “hung” jury returned a no verdict reply in district court here Saturday night after de liberating more than 24 hours on the Maxwell Hendricks case in which Cloyd and Boyd Maxwell of Maxwell sought a guardian for their mother, Mrs, John Henricks, also of Maxwell.The Jury voted eight to four in favor of the plaintiffs.After this case went to the Jury Friday night a jury was impaneled to hear evidence In the Wallace Watts case, in which the Boone youth is being tried for larencv of animals from a farm near Gilbert.The trial was scheduled to open Monday afternoon,The trial of Bay Caste 111ne, Dee Moines, who has been held in county jail all summer on a charge of larceny of an automobile, wttl start following the Matts case.
