V * * • v ; 4 • • r. •Earl Manlove is Again Arrested* This Time for Bastardy.Earl Monlove, who was arrest^l Tuesday charged with administering drugs to produce a miscarriage, on the person of Nellie Butler, of Straughn’s Station, was arrested again by policeman Thomas this morning.Prosecutor Beach, of New Castle, was here Wednesday and filed an affidavit with ‘Squire Leach for Miss Butler in which she charged young Manlove with being the father of a child with which she was pregnant. Manlove was taken before ’Squire Leach this morning and gave bond in the sum of $600, with his father as surety for his appearance. The preliminary hearing is set for November 10.4Mothers, Save the Babies.
