A KENTUCKY OUTRAGE.New York, Oct. 12.—A letter from Tazwell, Claiborne county, Tenn., says: “Mrs. Emma Rogers, wife of Jesse C. j Rogers, clerk and master of chancery of the court of this county, was detected by her husband in a dishonorable intimacy with one Edward Jackson, a mulatto, of this town. The husband attacked Jackson and shot at him. The negro fled to the mountains and thence to Kentucky, where he was intercepted, arrested, and, after a time, unlawfully turned over to Rogers and a party of friends, who had pursued him.
