IN DANGER OF LYNCHINGFanners’ Mob Threaten to Kill Supposed Murderer oi Michael McCarthy.APPLETON, Wifi., Oct. 10.—Lynching and burning at the stake, it is feared, may be the fate of Wenzel E. Rabat when he is taken before a justice in Knu-kauna tomorrow morning to answer to a charge of murdering Michael McCarty.District Attorney Krugmcicr was warned this morning or the alleged formation of a mob of farmers north of Kaukauna, assisted by a number of K.au-kunnn friends of the murdered farmer, who, it has been learned, are planning to take the suspect and put him to death.Excitement prevails here and in surrounding towns since last night, when it was learned that tin* axe and saw presumably used in cutting up the dead body into pieces before burning had been found 011 the McCarty farm and violence is now thought to be most probable.
