February term, A. 1. 1881bTo the Sheriff or any Constable of Wise county, Greeting:You are hereby commanded, that by making publication of this citation in some newspaper published in the countyof Wise, if there be a newspaper published in said county, but if not, then in the nearest county where a newspaper is published, for four consecutive weeks previous to the return day hereof, you summon J. .J. Wheeler, whose residence is unknown, to be and appear before the district court, to be holden in and for the county of Wise, at the court ho rise thereof, in Decatur, on the 1st Monday in Feb. A. D. 1889 File number being 1581, then and there to answer the petition of M. A. Wheeler, tiled in said court, on the 18th day of July, A. I). 1588, against the said J. J. Wheeler, and alleging in substance as follows, to wit: That plaintiff and defendant were lawfully married on .July 5, 1884, that about Get. loth, 1885, defendant abandoned plaintiff, and has since refused to live with plaintiff, and defendant is illegally married to one T. F. Woods, and has lived in adultery with said T. F.Woods since the loth day of January.Wherefore plaintiff prays for citation and decree of divorce, that her name be changed to her maiden name, and for costs.Herein fail not, but have you then and there before said court this writ, with your return thereon, showing how you have executed the same.Witness Will A.
