After Charles Mattingly.Charles Mattingly, notorious for his thieving propensities will likely be in the toils by this evening. He is charged with robbing David Haywood, a farmer residing at Mooresville of seventeen pounds of tobacco and a Newfoundland dog. Mattingly is a hard citizen, haying only served several terms in the penitentiary.
