Murder Case Jury DisagreesAfter seven hours of deliberationâ– a district court jury Thursday agreed they could not agree on the guilt of Mrs, Mary Etta Warfield, charged with the shotgun killing of her husband, Dan, Mar, 9.Jurymen said at 4:30 pm they had been deadlocked since 11 am, each new ballot giving the same results. Officials said the jury stood eight for conviction, four for aqcultt.nl.County Attorney Fred Prebi* said Mrs. Warfield would remain free on bond until the next term of court, at which time he will decide on whether to re try the second degree murder case. Testimony in the hearing took most of three days of court time, Mrs. Warfield and nine witnesses supporting her attempted to show the killing had been in aelf-defense during an argument at the couple's japartment above the Blue Note!cafe.e
