The charges against Ribble stemmed from the February shooting death of his wife, 38-year-old Pamela Ribble, at their home in Lake Arthur.At 1:20 a.m. Feb. 3, Chaves County sheriff’s deputies responded to the Ribble home to find Pamela Ribble suffering from a single gunshot wound to the head from a small-caliber handgun. She was transported to Artesia General Hospital, where she would die from the wound later that day.
