HOME IS FIREDMANITOWOC, Wis., Oct.-.11—To thefact that ho a rises eariy, Henry Detjen, Sr., a farmer of Newton, owes his life and his home, which wap threatened with destruction by fire. When Mr. Detjen -discovered the fire at 5:30 o'clock the flames had acorehed the building and within a few mi notes would have had a start too great to fight. Pruts of thebuilding were' found to be covered with kerosene.
