In the rase !n which five East Hammond foreigners are accused of a conspiracy to set fire to a building in the Standard district, the preliminary hear* ing is being held this afternoon.The latest development is the arrest of Vaso Laiyamski. thlt;- former proprietor of the saloon, on a Similar charge. The six men were arraigned before Special Judge James K. Stinson in the Hammond city court and the evidence is being heard.Tho caso has attracted a number of Fla at Hammond residents who have come to town to hear the evidence in the case.
