The Stewart brothers, Silas and Dan, who were sent up for assisting Mollie Yancleave to break jail here, have a week to serve before their time is out. They both work in the boot and shoe department and foreman J. H. Eastman, of that department, speaks in high terms of them, particularly of Silas, who, he says, is one of the best prisoners and one of the best workmen in the prison.iLou Richardson, who was sent up for cutting Jake Daniels, is in the shoe department, and has eleven months and twenty-one days to serve. Lou is doing nicely and says he is treated nicely, and the warden says there are no demerit marks against him.
