Jerrilene Willingham Seeks Wreck BenefitsA $20,472 damage suit was filed Tuesday here in District Court by a 27-year-old woman who was a passenger in a two^car collision June 22 which killed Mrs. Margaret Bettes James and severely injured five others.Jerrilene Willingham filed the action against Kenneth James/ 47, driver of the car which was rammed broadside by a car driven by Noale N. Bates, 37, of Hoxbar Ht., near the south city limits of U. S. 77.She was passenger in Bates' car which injured herself, Bates, James and his two boys, ages 12 and 8. Mrs. James was killed instantly in the grinding crash.Bates himself has been named the defendant in four damage suits totaling $271,500, which were filed by James.
