Breaks HeadlightOUie James, 23, of 306 South Fifth street seen in the act of breaking the glass out of a headlight of a car parked on South Third street, between Adams and South streets, at 10:30 p. m„ was caught after a short chase by Roy Foutz, Carnegie Library watchman, James Kennedy and James Critzer and taken to the city jail where he was lodged on a warrant sworn out by his three captors. James* hearing in municipal court was continued until this afternoon. The damaged car is owned by E. B. McConnell of WellsviUe, Ohio.
