Judge ProbesJury DiscussionIn Shutt CaseCINCINNATI (AP) — Common Pleas Court Judge William Morrissey said he would complete his investigation today of reports that three women jurors who voted for conviction of Barbara Jean $hutt, 24, discussed the first-degree murder case among themselves duringthe trial.The judge said he questionedthe women following a complaint filed by alternate juror James Chimento. Morrisey said the women admitted the conversations but denied they influenced their decisions.Miss Shutt was convicted of murdering her foster mother, Dr. Jane Shutt, 43. The jury 1 recommended mercy.The parttimc school teacher remained in critical condition at General Hospital today where she had been since Tuesday morning when she was found in her jail cell suffering from an overdose of drugs.
