Charge of Theft. Watchman Farr, of the middle district, arrested on Wednesday night, a negro woman, named Elizabeth Ann Boyer, on the charge of robbing William Foster of his pocket-book, containing from seventy-five to 1 eighty dollars. Justice He 11, before whom she was examined, discharged her for the want of evidence.
