Two others are already in jail on other charges.The arrests, which culminated a year-long investigation by a special task force, were brought on by-warfare between the Hell’s Angels and the Mongols, apparently for control of the illicit methamphetam-ine market, officials said.“The Hell’s Angels are believed to control distribution of methamphe-tamines,” said Deputy District Attorney Les Duchnik The investigation ‘ dovetails'’ with similar probes elsewhere in California, he said.The Hells Angels have sizable chapters in San Bernardino and Oakland, among other locations.The raids were launched after county and federal grand juries returned indictments and judges issued warrants to arrest 39 persons and search 23 locations.
