Kellems, 28, here a week ago.Prosecutor Harry McCalla saidi another grand jury session may be called in neighboring Jennings county where Whitley faces three other charges for the shooting spree that killed his holdup partner, Ralph Taylor, 36, Ksnova, W. Va.Gun battles at Scottsburg and Vernon ended the bloody trail of the desperadoes who also are blamed for the killing of Trooper Dugald A. Pellot, 23, near Clinton, Mich., Sept. 30.
